The Comfort Sleeper by American Leather features the patented Tiffany 24/7™ mechanism. It offers many improvements over the standard sleeper mechanism:
- No Metal Bar - Sleeping area has a wood-framed platform base
- Mattress is 80" Long - 8" longer than most sleepers
- Save Space - Full-size sleepers as small as 63" from arm to arm
- Easy Disassembly - for fitting through any doorway
Available in many fabrics and leathers, the Comfort Sleeper is made in Dallas, Texas by American Leather.
- Frames are all kiln-dried hardwood from domestic new growth trees.
- The Mattress surface is coated with Crypton, a water-resistant, anti-microbial mattress protection. The Sleeper Mechanism is spring loaded to facilitate opening and closing of the bed.
- The use of advanced computer automation and engineering creates a consistent level of quality from piece to piece.
- A member of the Sustainable Furniture Council, the company recycles all cardboard, paper and left-over wood. To help prevent ozone layer damage, they use a high-density and high-resiliency foam free of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). They also use a water-based glue that doesn't contain or release volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
