Splurged on the whit glove delivery. It was worth it, my husband has a bad back and I wasn't about to help carry anything. The whole process was hassle free and I'm grateful for that, shipping time could have been a little quicker. Regardless the couch is just what we had hoped for, and the sleeper is exceptional. I've worked in the hospitality industry most of my adult life and I have seen a number of different sleepers, this one is assuredly top notch.
