I just received my Palliser about a week ago. I must say, I am more than satisfied. I tend to be a little skeptical (some might say cynical) when it comes to sleeper sofas. My previous experience with pull out beds was underwhelming to say the least, but I see that the market has improved. The Sleepover is a quality sofa and the bed is actually pretty darn comfortable. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase. I don't want to go completely out of character here, so I will slide in one minor complaint. I wish the shipping times available were a little faster. I don't like waiting. But regardless, I'm satisfied with the sofa.
